Bookings are now being taken for our first Meeting Minds Alumni Weekend in the Asia-Pacific region, which will be held from Friday 21–Sunday 23 March in Hong Kong.
The Weekend will be hosted by the Chancellor and Vice-Chancellor of the University and an exciting academic and social programme has been planned. Lectures and debates will cover areas such as the future of human health, the importance of Asia, and how mathematics can be used to predict the future. Many colleges will be in attendance and are planning special dinners or events for their alumni.
Oxford Alumni weekends are a standard and much loved feature of life for alumni in the UK. There is also a high-profile Alumni weekend held every year in North America, and recently the trend has also expanded to Europe. This is the first time such a weekend will be held in Asia and will be a great way to re-connect with Oxford, to hear about some of our latest research and to socialise with old and new friends.
You can make your booking through the Oxford Alumni website. Please also look at this website for more information about the programme and suggestions for where to stay and how to make your weekend a success.
We are looking forward to seeing you in Hong Kong!
