Kyoto Prize at Oxford 2022

The Kyoto Prize at Oxford will take place on 10-11 May 2022. This year the event will be held in person in Oxford and also online on the Blavatnik School of Government’s YouTube channel.
This event is a collaboration between Oxford’s Blavatnik School of Government and the Inamori Foundation. Every year the laureates of the prestigious Kyoto Prize come to Oxford for a series of lectures, talks and discussions with students and faculty.
The laureates taking part this year are: computer scientist Andrew Chi-Chih Yao, biochemist and molecular biologist Robert G Roeder, and philosopher Bruno Latour
A public lecture by each laureate will be held over the course of the two-day event. In addition, a unique and popular part of the Kyoto Prize at Oxford is the annual discussion with all laureates, which will this year be moderated by the Dean of the Blavatnik School of Government Professor Ngaire Woods.
