Oxford University Jazz Orchestra are visiting Japan on tour in September 2026 and we will be holding a reception with them in Tokyo in the evening of Tuesday 29 September.

All alumni of the University and their guests are welcome to join this special evening. In addition to food, drinks and conversation, there will also be a short live performance when members of the band will perform in this intimate setting.

The Oxford University Jazz Orchestra is a full big band student jazz orchestra which performs extensively around Oxford and internationally. The students will be visiting Japan to collaborate with some of Japan’s most prominent student jazz ensembles in Tokyo and Kansai.  More information on their Japan Tour can be found here.
