“City of Dreaming Choirs” by Benjamin Nicholas, Director of Music, Merton College

The University of Oxford and its constituent Colleges has a long tradition of choral music. In this lecture, Director of Music at Merton College Benjamin Nicholas will talk about the history of choral music at Oxford, looking in particular at the example of Merton College. The Merton College Choir will be visiting Japan on tour in December 2025 and this is a good opportunity to find out more about the Choir ahead of their visit.
